I’m done not liking myself, dreading life, and being so stressed.

I’m serious, done!

I decided February 2023 is my new year. I’m restarting habits, that align with my four resolutions.

1. Hit my weight loss goal

2. Expand Knick Nax Co

3. Expand Sage Ascent Foundation Inc.

4. Expand my social media channels

I also decided to make this a series on YouTube: starting with this Friday’s February 2023 planning video.

And if you haven’t heard:

I am deleting some of my social media channels. I will be available at Vittoria Marlone (YouTube, Tik Tok, Instagram) Important Loved Blessed (Podcast) Vitto (This Blog Site and Instagram), and Vittoria Alexandria (Instagram). I also will be deleting Instagram off my phone and returning at a later date.

Vittoria Marlone: All new account solely “work” related.

Vittoria Alexandria: my personal Instagram that I used to have under the username Vittoria Marlone. I will be updating Knick Nax Co and SAFI information here as well, as relevant.

Vitto: The all inclusive location for my content updates! Blog posts, new YouTube videos, new Podcast episodes (previously important loved blessed), Weight Loss (previously vitttness), as well as life updates (previously vittoriaalexadria my pageants ig)!

I’m hoping this alleviates stress when I return to Instagram. And in general helps keep my brand cohesive. Not looking forward to changing everything but I’m happy to make the change.

As of right now content is looking like:

YouTube: Monday & Friday

Podcast: Thursdays

Blog Posts: Wednesdays

Tik Tok: Daily

When I return to Instagram, I’ll create a system of what content for what day i.e.: fitness related posts will be Monday, Knick Nax Co updates on Tuesday, etc.

Both Knick Nax Co and Sage Ascent Foundation Inc. will return online only, I need to update the sites now to reflect these changes and exciting updates!

Phew, that is a lot I need to get done, but I need to do it. Also, RIP to the February content plans I had.

Here’s to a year of self-love, abundance, and growth.
