Lock In: The 2025 Plan

This is not just a plan—it is a devotion. To clarity. To wholeness. To the version of you waiting beyond discipline.

Here’s how I’m locking in for 2025:

  • 1 fried meal a month
  • 1 gallon of water daily
  • Daily habits: Bible app, Duolingo, reading, podcasts
  • No sodas, juices, etc.
  • Only black coffee, tea, and water
  • Workout routine: runs, yoga, dance, 5-day abs, Taebo
  • 7–10 hours of sleep
  • No social media after 9 PM
  • No phone 30 mins after waking
  • Daily calorie deficit
  • AM/PM rituals that protect my peace
  • Drink green tea first thing in the morning
  • 10k steps a day
  • Fasting from 7PM to 12PM

This isn’t about aesthetic—it’s about alignment. Because 2025 is not just a year. It’s a portal. And I refuse to walk into it halfway.

Lock in like your life depends on it. Because your becoming does.
