Live Up to Your Opinion

I’ve realized something… harsh but freeing: I’ve spent too long caring about what people think, especially people I wouldn’t switch lives with. I know how I want to live, but I’ve been afraid to live up to my own opinion. That’s the true test. Not just holding the vision but holding yourself accountable to it.

There’s no one to blame but me now. And there’s no better time than now to honor the version of me I say I want to be.

Hold Yourself to Your Standard

If I say I want to grow, why do I shrink when things get hard?
If I say I’m a woman of discipline, why do I flake on myself?

It’s time to live up to my opinion. That means less talking, more walking. Less planning, more doing. Less wondering, more becoming.

Some guide points:

  1. Set clear boundaries with self and others

  2. Align habits with values

  3. Speak with action, not just ideas

  4. Build resilience, not just results

What is your opinion of yourself?

What would happen if you truly lived up to it?

What would it cost to keep living below it?

You are worth the effort. xx VM.
